It's normal. Even if it protrudes out, it's not dangerous. It will go away by itself by 1 year to 18 months of age. Please tell if he has any symptoms, like does he cry with pain. Or any vomiting? Or any other symptoms? Just keep observing it, if it doesn't go away by itself, then consult a Pediatric surgeon for it.
Just observe till age of 1 yr
Its umbilical granuloma but now just wait and watch if it grow then i will prescribe you medication for this but now its too early
