Talk to General Physician on Whenever We Give Him Something He Start Vomiting

When he was 1 months old doctor suggested for blood and give him 100ml, then age of 6 months again blood 100ml, then we get him tested for thelysmiya from agha khan, reports were normal, and then doctor started bisluri iron supplement, foro b12, then we see a good recovery, but then he got pneumonia, and our doctor started medication he recovered but again after 1 week he start Vomiting then we checked our doctor and he says pneumonia infection is on rise. after 2 weeks of treatment pneumonia is gone, no sign of breath shortness, and doctor also cleared him, but vomiting is still here, its been 3 weeks and he still vomiting whenever we give him anything Cyrillic or anything, we are not giving him any supplements, when he eats something milk, Cyrillic, werried smell from his mouth, and he vomit 20 30 minutes later.
