My mother suddenly becomes unable to move any part of her body, tears start falling from her eyes, body starts shivering, she is able to speak but very slowly and answers after about 10 seconds - my grandma died of brain hemorrhage - are my mom's symptoms of brain hemorrhage?

first to have CT scan but depressiin patient have low mood and body movements but first to rule out that is there any brain issue or not after CT if CT scan report normal then will go to handle patient psychiatrically
