Talk to General Physician on Which Specialist Doctor Should I Consult To ?

At first my mother has problem in belly ( right side suun hai ) she took a medicine from our family doctor which serve the purpose for one day. Then she faced a issue of severe gas and constipation and there was no motion for two days , again she took a skilax drops and had a motion but while constipation she was feeling a pain in backbone (middle bone in back) . Now she has a pain in full back and half arms plus (belly right side sy abhi tk suun hai) , there is a swelling in eyes too. I need to know the type of specialist doctor to whom we should consult either it is general physician or medicine doctor or someother type?
