Asking for Self, Male, 31 years old, Lahore

I am currently withdrawing from antidepressant. Cipram 10mg or 5 mg is not available can someone tell me i can change tablet and get citalopram of 10 mg or 5 mg ? or i can shift to escitaloprám as it is available in smaller doses ? whats impact of BRAND on salt ??
