hello dr .. my age is 27 years male aj omi hospital mein mera ultrasound hua normally checkup k liye .. meny or sub ko sops follow ki but meny ghar akar apna face nhin wash kiya jis pr mein ultrasound k waqt lie down kiya hua thaa .. mujy abhi preshani horai hai isiliyeeeee mujy yeh puchna tha k allah na karay meny virus carry kiya hoooo tohhhhhhh mein esa kya krsakta hun k virus ki strength pele hi khtm hojae .. koi home remedies koi cough syrup anything ... ap btasakty hain to btayein .. !!

sir this is thr mistake i have already done ... mujy kl 6 ghmty baad yad aya face bhi wash krna tha kyun k mein udr pillow se expose hua tha bed prr .. to obviously un 6 ghnton mein meny ghar akr face ko hath lgaya hoga .. isliye question hi yhi hai k if meny kl carry kiya hai to ese konse tareeke hain k mein virus ko weak hiii
