Worried About Increasing In TLC

Dear doctors my father is in recovery phase after serious Covid19 now tlc is increased in previous CBC TLC was in limit so plz any expert opinion..
Medication
Muculator, surbux z, Osnate D, vibramycine, loprain
On oxygen 1ltr and staying at home weakness also recover day by day doing spirometer, proning, chwst physio MA SHA ALLAH physically improve alot....
