AOA! Get your blood tests done and consult general physician who will guide you further about treatment. For the time being take painkillers and apply voltaren gel on the painful joints. Watch your weight too, if it is increasing . Tests: 1-CBC, 2-ESR, 3-CRP,4- uric acid, 5- fasting blood sugar, 6- Vitamin D, 7-TSH if you are overweight. Thanks
