Talk to General Physician on Xray After Covid

my father is 70 years old. we got him vaccinated in April this year unfortunately he got covid in latest wave. today is 5th day of his symptoms, there are only 2 symptoms, cough + fever ranging between 99-100 so far he took azomax 500 for 3 days. with panadol. his oxygen remains at 98-99 and no breathing problem so far. can you please suggest after seeing xray if anything else is needed...
