i have a small hard lump in my foot heel. it gets infected after few days when i wear a hard sole shoe or walk bare foot. it really hurts even if anything just touches my heel. its a yellowish hard lump. doctor has suggested to go for surgery to remove it. please suggest.
apply duafilm thrice daily on lump
Surgery is best option rather than medical treatment bcz it give you temporary remedy and surgery is permanent cure

Can’t comment until i have a look at it or examine it, but if it’s infected then it should be incised and drained and then proper antibiotic should be given. In short it should be removed and tested.
get it removed surgicaly. its wart might be. it will be a minor surgical procedure.
It must be a corn which has now being infected You should use Cap Ceporex 500 mg thrice daily and Danzen DS twice daily for 5 days . Use corn plaster daily one , do let me know after 5 days if it remains like this than you have to go for an electric cautery
