wat abt ur oral hygiene? any infection in ur teeth or mouth ulcers? for acidity start using gaviscon syp 2 tbsp after every meal and cap.nexum or risek 40mg half an hour b4 breakfast .... if the treatment doesn't work and symptoms are still there ,better to go for h.pylori screening as it sometimes causes blood in saliva alongwith acidity and heartburn
