Salam.i need senior gynecologist suggestion I got married in 2018 and concieved in 2020 but had miscarriage after 5 weeks due to uterus lining disturbance.but after that there is cyst in left ovary after and its been 8 months but still not dissolved.dr advised me to get laproscopy done in order to concieve .should i go go for it coz dont want to wait further to get this cyst dissolved by itself.attaching reports in comment .i am on Oral contraceptives from 3 months and no effect.TIA

mam meny tumor markers krwaye sub normal hai and cyst ka size 4.2 cm hai aur me 4 month se contraceptive pe hu famila but kch bi farq nae para ab tak.

abi last month scan hua tab bi no farq jb ky ocps khatay huye 3 maheeny hogy thy lekn mjy dard nae hai bus ovulation nae ho re thi prolactin test krwaya tu wo bht high tha tu 1 maheena tablets khai hai then kal scan krwaya tu normal agya prolactin tu bus ab cyst reh gai hai masla

Consult any other expert gynaecologist. Cyst usually don't need laproscopy. If not causing any difficulties or symptoms.

mam but ovulation nae ho re uska kia kiya jaye and pehly egg size 24mm tha and 15 arha hai tu mjy lag rha cyst ki waja se ho rh
