Talk to General Practitioner on Piles
Asking For Husband, Male 44, Islamabad
My husband is having piles since 5years. He went to a general surgeon and he said that its grade 1 so does not require surgery. And control it with diet like omit spicy meals and meat. From the last few days he is again having pain in piles. Like he says there are two bulges one big n one small. Please advise some medicine

Its better to consult with surgical specialist. Meanwhile , You can Use following medications. Idensa ointment and GTN 2 percent ointment. Mix both ointments and use twice daily. He should also sit in mild warm water in a Tub and add some pyodine in water as well .
