Talk to General Surgeon on Anal Fissure With Sentinel Pile
Asking For Self, Male, 25 Years old, lahore
Hi doctors, I’ve had a chronic anal fissure for years with a small sentinel pile. For the last 3 days I’ve been using GTN, Lignocaine, sitz baths, and a soft diet. Before this episode, pain wasn’t constant, but now it’s 24/7 discomfort and tightness. GTN gives slight relief but the fissure isn’t healing. Should I continue GTN or go for Botox injection or LIS surgery for permanent relief? I’m in Lahore (Garden Town). Please suggest the best doctor or next step.
