Anal Fissures

Question

Dr I\'ve constipation specially in winters and blood in stool with pain ... It got okay overtime but appears again when constipated. I want to get rid of from this . Plz suggest me something..

you are probably having anal fissure. its permanent cure needs a small surgical procedure. for temporary relief . xyloaid 5% cream. GTN cream. thrice a day. and Panadol and a laxative to avoid constipation.

intake 3_4 L water daily
take constiaption relieving syrup like syp. duphalac 20ml at bedtime
if it worsens
