Talk to General Surgeon on Arteries Shrinkage (plz Tag Any Cardiologist Or Neurologist)

Which doctor i should concer regarding arteries issue? From last 1 yr I've tried manydoctors including general physicians, ENT specialist, neuro physician, homiopathic but couldn't get relief till now. One day suddenly i shouted then my heart beat gies up, bp high and got numberness in my left side from head to toe. Then after some days my vision got blur i can't focus for long, can't stand more then 5 mins , i feel like my backbone getting weak day by day. I got many tests all are good but my B- complex was too low (133) and Anti-H-Pylori active. My doc gave me medication for Anti-H-pylori and for B complex. My B complex become better with the medication 400+ but anti h pylori still active after a hard medication. I went to the neuro surgen "he said it seems like nerves shrinkage" but my MRI test is fine alhumdulliah. then i went to neuro physician Nadir Zafar sb, he said there nothing to worry about you have just a weakness prescribed me methocobol injections but it didn't work
