there r more than one type of disease which can form lumps.however only one type of lump called fibroadenosis can be treated by oil of evening primrose oil.the other types usually need surgical intervention to remove the lump

Aqueous extract of fagonia cretica has some anti-cancer activity in breast cancer & is being advocated as a tea based oral treatment of breast cancer. Many herbs are found to contain chemitherapeutic agents in their extracts like fagonia is one but their role in complete cure cancers is still under trial.

There a lot of herbal remedies, like evening Primrose oil and other herbal products. They do have an inflammatory disease called fibrocystic disease. But once a lump develops it is unlikely that it will be cured by any herbal medicine or antibiotics treatment.
