Let the gastro enterologist see first. Surgical intervention will depend on the number, size of polyps and their histological nature. If you want a surgical opinion, I'll be happy to give you one in clinic

Try and get a CT pneumocolon rather than a standard CT, will map the colon better. Provided there are no clinical features to suggest sub acute bowl obstruction

sir for sigmoidoscopy the patient took 6 days to clear its intestine. blood come along with stool. and stool comes when applied pressure due to a large pedunculated polyp. family history doesn't relate this bcz only piles and constipation was there with both a long time ago now they are healthy

Your brother is very young 17 yo for the development of polyps in the colon. In young age colon polyp indicates family/genetic implication. At stage I would like ask few questions
1. what was symptoms or indication to have colonoscopy?
2. Can you upload colonoscopy report here?
3. How many polyp seen and which part of the colon.
4. Did he remove any polyp for histopathological examination?
5. In your family did anyone has similar symptoms or polyp at young age?

•sir blood in stool. stool comes with pressure not constipated.
•pedunculated and sessile polyps seen i have video of the procedure.
•sessile one and further underdevelopment.
•Large pedunculated due to which dr pull out the camera and didn't do further and didn't do biopsy bcz of lack of instruments to cut. just sigmoidoscopy done to see whats happening inside.
•family history doesn't relate. both parents had piles and constipation a long time ago but healthy now.
-patient was doing gym for 2 years and 5 months ago he stopped gym and also heavy diet (natural) and after 1 month it started and its been 4 months now
