There is extra skin growing near anal opening its now 1 or 2 inch and i often have itching near it Is there anything for treating this?

you must get your self examined by a general surgeon and then treat accordingly

It’s most likely a skin tag. If there’s no pain during passing stool, nothing much to worry. However it’s better to have yourself examined from a local surgeon.
