my wife has a solid lump in right breast.. now she feels pain in breast and arm swelling.. no fluid discharge... . plz guide is it necessary to go for surgery... ??? ... is it dangerous?? kya medicine sy treatment possible hy?? We are feeling worried about that.. need consultation..

yes. we did the ultrasound of the breast.. doctor said to remove the lump as early as possible.. we also visited doctor 2 years ago at that time she diagnosed it as fibrodenoma.. but now size has increased of lump
