Gynaecomastia

Question

I\'m having gynaecomastia from last 5,6 years but at that time I didn\'t know about it. Now it is getting worsen. I\'ve taken Tamoxifen for almost 2 months but couldn\'t find any results. Now I\'m looking for a surgery which is my last option and I don\'t know which doctor should I consult and how much this surgery would cost?
