I have a hard painless lump behind in my neck also I have lumps 2 to 3 in my arm pit .sometimes armpit lumps become swollen and it becomes painful and become ok within 4_5 days .it happened after every 2 to 3 months .but neck lump dont feel pain don't swollen also my periods cycle is irregular .I will consult gynecologist for my periods but I feel afraid for my armpit and neck lump .Pliz tell me why it happen?
