Go to any Tertiary care Hospital (government), you'll undergo certain hormone levels then surgery will be done, free of cost. Let me know if you need any help in Rawalpindi.
Its a treatable condition. Go to a tertiary care hospital and they will do some hormonal profile and blood tests and will give you a date for surgery.
