I m suffering from 2nd degree haemorrhoids. I also take sessions of Sclerotherapy injection. For few months it remains normal. Butt now I have itching and bleeding after stool. Can I take seesion of Rubber band Ligation or any alternative treatment.....? Is last option is operation....? kindly guide any surgeon who read it

You can take Rubber band ligation if it is confined to 2nd degree once its 3rd degree rubber ligation won’t help,stick to good soft diet plan which is less spicy as well

If you have only bleeding and itching and nothing coming out like hemorrhoids while passing stool then you should take treatment of anal fissure,, that's avoid constipation, use stool softeners, dietary fibers and plenty of water,, also use GTN plus Lignocain cream for local application, but if there are hemorrhoids there that come out from anus while passing stool then you should go for haemorrhoidectomy as you have already taken laser treatment, banding is not for recurrent hemorrhoids, you should go for surgery
Thoroughly wash with pressure after passing stool and sit in warm watertub for 5 minutes, also take treatment for fissure
