Do ultrasounds n pls describe ur swelling. Is it goes back spontaneously or not.
Then its reduceable hernia. There is no any medication for any type of hernia. It requires surgery mesh repair. Either elective or in emergency. In chronic cases it can be irreducible or obstructd so its good to consult nearby surgeon for examination n surgery timings

plz consult online or visit clinic. other wise avoid weight lifting, smoking and use abdominal belt if it is abdominal hernia. contact ER in case of severe pain or absolute constipation
