Asking For Self, Male 19, Faisalabad
I was diagnosed with moderate sized hemorrhoids 2 years ago but then after taking medicines all the symptoms and pain faded in 4 to 5 months and now all of a sudden I started experiencing pain on my rectum area and bleeding through anus (more than when i experienced this issue 2 years ago and now in drops along within stools). I need suggestions to avoid bleeding and about foods which i need to eat.

well, fiber diet and avoiding fast food/oily food/carbihydrates in excess.
but the probkem needs examination and management more than just dietery control.

Salam, you need a fibrous diet, more fruit, more water and more walk. Avoid meat and meat products.. hopefully all OK.. if issue persist, visit the surgeon pl. Allah bless
