Asa Most probably you have an anal fissure. Need to be seen in the clinic and then appropriate treatment would be advised.

Needs examination for diagnosis, must see a surgeon to decide whether to operate on or medical treatment

although it's looks like anal fissure but it needs complete history and clinical examination by the surgeon to confirm 

Now Bleeding stopped. But after passing stool swelling occurs like pile and i put it inside wid fingers and have little pain during stool .. what it is ?
