gallbladder polyps > 1 cm can lead to gallbladder cancer and gb should be removed ASAP. don\'t wait. and consult a good surgeon.

She needs CT scan of Abdomen and pelvis with contrast and detailed LFTs, RFTs and viral serology. Then depending upon the cyst characters on CT scan, she might need further investigations. If cysts are benign and symptoms are related to gall bladder (as poly size is more than 1 cm) , she needs surgery if fit for General anesthesia.

Polyps and stones in the GB cannot be treated with medicines if she has continuous pain then removal may be the only option.

Polyps or gall stones larger than 1.5 cm even if not causing pain need laparoscopic surgery. If this is the cause of her pain it definitely needs surgery
it\'s good to come for examination then proper decision. if needed operation can be done next day
