aoa, Meri Ami ko Kafi Saal pehlay back mein shoulders sy Thora nechy ak pus wali phensi si nikli thi. normal treatment kia to wo thk hogai. magr ab wo kuch kuch time bad hard lump type ban jati ha same jagha or uska same hi mouth rehta ha us me yellow color ka dry pus niklta ha press krnay say. press kar k nikaal dein to kuch month bad wo phr Bhar jata ha, same dry pus. pain wagera nahi rehti kabhi kabhi pinch wave hoti ha bas. fever wagera b nahi rehta. kia ye dangerous ha? aur esk check up kisi surgeon sy krwayen ya kisi dermatologist sy? I'm worried plz guide me jazakallah

it's probably a sebaceous cyst you need to get it excised(removed) surgically it will depend if its small it can be removed under local anesthesia if its large might require general anesthesia. kindly go to your local general surgeon and get it checked so appropriate decision can be made

welcome , I have seen picture this is a sebaceous cyst and it is small so can be removed surgically under local anesthesia. you don't need to get admitted for this as this is a walking procedure. it's better to get it done earpy when it is not infected. there is no cure in medicine for this other than surgery

Yes its sebaceous cyst.
It need surgical removal.
It does not resolve with medicines.
In some situations you can delay surgery but can not cancel.
