I had an abortion two months  lumps are formed on both sides of my neck and half head.i also feel tingling sensation in my  suggest me what should i do about them.

These look like enlarged lymph nodes and are likely unrelated to the
abortion. The commonest cause is often a sore throat. Typically for such
lymph node enlargement one waits and watches while this resolves for a few
(4 to 5) weeks and investigates only if not resolved by then.
