if u have infection or dandruff in scalp then might be reactive lymph-nodes in neck other wise this lymph node should be examined by general surgeon and might need FNAC of this lump to make diagnosis like Tuberculosis, lymphoma or nothing

This is nothing to do with abortion , one week course of antibiotics like
Augumentin tab 1 Gm twice a day, if not settled pl get check up by surgeon
