There is no fever, no weight loss. Tingling sensation in head was first felt two weeks back after a day or two lumps started developing

lump in neck needs full examination to reach a diagnosis,
pl get yrself reviewed by a surgeon soon.

Kindly get yourself checked by surgeon ..have cbc with esr too before

if u have infection or dandruff in scalp then might be reactive lymph-nodes in neck other wise this lymph node should be examined by general surgeon and might need FNAC of this lump to make diagnosis like Tuberculosis, lymphoma or nothing

sore throat symptoms are not present. There is no other symptom except itching in head and tingling sensation in head

This is nothing to do with abortion , one week course of antibiotics like
Augumentin tab 1 Gm twice a day, if not settled pl get check up by surgeon
