مجھے 2 3 دن پہلے پاخانہ والی جگہ پر دانا نکل آیا ہے کافی درد ہوتا ہے پیشاب کرتے وقت چلتے بھاگتے وقت بھی ہوتا ہے بیٹھے ہوۓ بھی خارش ہوتی ہے خون وغیرہ نہیں آتا قبض بھی نہیں ہے کبھی کبھی صبح اٹھو تو گیس بنتی ہے وہ بھی کبھی کبھی ایسا ہوتا ہے اسکی وجہ بتا دیں معدے کا مسئلہ بھی ہے چہرے پر بھی ایک 2 دانے ہیں لیکن ان میں درد نہیں ہوتا اس کے لیے کوئی کریم وغیرہ بتا دیں شکریہ

Tu sakhta hai koi perianal abscess ho, ya pirh piles beh hosakta hai ..But you need a check up for this issue.
You can use lignocaine gel three times a day for the pain.

There may be peri anal fistula with cellulitis/ abscess or anal fissure .
