Talk to General Surgeon on Ovarian Cyst
Asking For Wife, Female 23, Multan
My wife has had an ovarian cyst for 6 years. She has used medicine (divestra) 6 years before to shrink the size of cyst.
After marriage, her stomach got upset and upon scan , we found that cyst had grown. We have consulted 3 different doctors.
Ca125 and Esr value is also high. I want to know if it's endometriosis or something else.

Ca125 is high means abnormal pathology as this is tumor market,needs urgent Ct scan abdomen and mri pelvis with contrast and Gynae assesment

Gynecologists have told Ca125 that it can be high because of cyst and endometriosis.

I would recommend Ct scan abdomen with contrast and mri pelvis with contrast to have correct anatomical assesment followed by laparoscopic removal of cystic mass ,that is the acceptable oncological approach to manage ovarian mass
