very wrong.. acute cholecystitis needs to be operated within first 7 to 10 days. and lap cholecystectomy is the answer

but the ultrasound is showing gallstones only, no pericholecystic edema or signs of acute inflammation.. so can get operated on elective list

dr waleed.. her usg doesnt show pericholecystic fluid before saying very wrong see what ive written.. she has cholelithiasis symptomatic.. tokyo guidelines ki baat nahi hou rahi idher good luck and take care :)
