plz take appointment from a general surgeon
pain does not usually happen in haemorrhoids. agar bahar a k phans jaen to pain hota hay lekin woh masla aap nahin bata rahin. anal fissure men pain hota hay.
anal fissure and 1st degree hemoorhoids can usually be treated with medicines or injections. lekin check up k bugher pata nahin chal sakta k problem kya hay

then its probably anal fissure. GTN se pain and bleeding theek ho jaen ge. jo skin tag bana hua woh sirf surgery se theek ho ga.
