Asalamalaikum Yeh masla piles ka pehle bhi ho chuka hai. Is dafa pehle pait mein shadeed dard aur vomiting jesa feel hua. Doctor ko dikhaya to injections aur medicines di gayin, jinki wajah se kabziyat ho gayi. Kabziyat ke sath thora sa fresh blood aaya. Phir peeche se bohot pain shuru ho gaya, bethna mushkil ho gaya aur har dafa washroom jaane par takleef hoti hai. Check-up par piles / anal fissure confirm hua aur surgery suggest ki gayi. Ab yeh poochna hai ke is stage par pehle medicines aur conservative treatment try karni chahiye ya surgery behtar option hai? Kindly guide

Medicine trial can be given, avoid constipation by doing 30 minutes walk and take plenty of water, use dietary fibers, avoid straining while passing stool, sit in warm water and tub for 15 minutes, use pain killers for pain it will take upto two weeks to heal, it not treated go for surgery
