I’m not fully sure if I have both internal hemorrhoids and an anal fissure with a sentinel pile. One doctor mentioned it’s a fissure with a sentinel pile, but I’m still having doubts. I’ve been using GTN and lignocaine for 3 weeks, but the symptoms haven’t improved much. Now there’s constant burning, itching, and discomfort, worse than before. Please advise on proper medication or further tests to confirm the exact issue. Or i go for homeopathic?
