Hello Doctor, I’m 25 and have a small lump outside my anus that used to go away but hasn’t for a few days. Earlier, the pain was only during bowel movements, but now it’s constant throughout the day with high discomfort. I often have mild diarrhea (no bleeding, except rarely over the years). This issue started around 2020 — could be hemorrhoids, fissure, or IBS.
Please advise if surgery might be needed or if it can be treated with medication
