Talk to General Surgeon on Right Side Testie Size Is Grown And Some Times Pain In It

i had lower abdominal pain at right side from 2 monthes then i went to civil hospital quetta and a general surgeon told me for some tests like ( dr .uric acid and ultrasound all test were normal only uric acid levels was 7.2 then he gave me some tablets and i am taking that tablets from some days from 5/6 days my right testie size is a little grown and some times pain is also there now should i go to an other doctor about testie problem or just carry that old treatment and in quetta which doctor is best about this problem.
