If your patient is having symptomatic gallstones, she will need cholecystectomy (Removal of gallbladder by surgery) of which Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the standard procedure now a days. Plz consult any General and Laparoscopic surgeon near by for further guidance.
Salamz, your patient needs to be evaluated whether she is having pain due to gallstones or some other reason. If pain is due to stones then surgery is the best possible method of cure
She should be examined and Ultrasound may be done to see acute cholecystitis.
if it is within 5 daus than go for laparosvopic cholecystectomy.
if fit anaesthesia wise then definitely go for Lap chole.
