my father fell down at floor a month ago and due to sever pain we consult with neurosurgeon he is diagnosed with subdural haemotoma some of the doctor suggest us surgery while other tell us that there is no need of surgery and blood will absorbs itself , Please check our CT scan and suggest me the best treatment.

Well seeing the CT findings you may need to visit a neurosurgeon in person, the pain is mainly due to compression of hematoma. It’s true hematomas regress with time but I’m afraid it’s not the case with you . Your father might need evacuation depending upon his anaesthesia fitness.
