Talk to General Surgeon on Supraficial Mild Skin Lesion In Pilonidal Sinus Wound
Asking for Self, Male, 38 years old, Khairpur
An open wide excision surgery of my Pilonidal Sinus present at natal cleft area was done 6 months back. Wound healed well, scar tissu was formed (Shown in Pic 1).
But sometimes asa hrha h k upar wali khaal kaheen kaheen se uatr jati h (Shown in Pic 2). Zakham ni khuoa wo band h but upar se khaal kaheen kaheen se uatrti h or kuch dino m thk hjati h.
What to do? Doctor says k area asa h friction ki vja se khaal utar rhe h but would is perfectly fine and non infectious.
Maybe a recurrence. Needs examination
