ap ne qarebi surgeon ko dikana hai zkhm. fistula bagher surgery k tek nhe hota. MRI me hamein ye pata chalta hai k kitne tracks hain. us k mutabiq operation krte Hain.

It’s fistula in ano, not anal fissure. It can’t be treated with medicine. Surgery is the solution. Usually has to be operated multiple times. Get surgery from an experienced surgeon
