assalamualaikum I have lumps in my underarms from the start they don't irritate much but now the lumps are bigger painful + leak to when I move my arm.

Sounds like hidradenitis suppurativa. Will have to examine and take things further
If they are painful they should be removed. Most probably lipomas
they are hidradenitis suppuritiva, there are non surgical treatments available
