Asking For Self, Male, 21 Years old, UET Lahore
Asslam o Alaikum! I had accident in 2005 and my upper lip internally 4 or 5 years it resulted that blood clotted in upper lip vain then we visited doctor and i took 3 operations in removed tumor from vain of upper i got a lot relief from that time we thought it is cured after few years ,vain from which tumor is removed again blood gathered around the operated area. And my upper lip become swallowed . And there is no hair on operated place of upper i want to have again checkup but don’t know which specialist will be good and have advanced technologies to treat with that problem… give ur loyal suggestions… i am engineering student in UET would be in Lahore location..

Brother I have read your complaint, you are probably having hemangioma or lymphangioma in or near your upper lip. You need consultation with nearby Maxillofacial Surgeon. Kindly locate any best Maxillofacial surgeon in your area. He will have a few tests and CT scan of you and may suggest sclerotherapy or Surgery which ever suits your case.

you probably need CT angio embolization of feeding vessel.donot go for open surgery as you had many times before
