i had cold and fever of which i recovered but now i feel like my half head above eyes is numb and i am unable to focus on anything

Likely sinusitis.
Depends which medication was taken n may take now ,tab panadol 2 goli subah doopehar sham,2 din ,tab methycobal subah sham 1 week if symptoms persist,then need to do some tests

if u feel more pain on doing sajjda
focus numbness headache all goes to sinusitis
take steam twice a day
plenty of fluids
Good sleep
Good oral hygiene
healthy food
Green tea with honey and ginger
tab desora 10mg once daily for 5 days
if doesn't feel better after all above remedies in two to three days

Take steam inhilation along with tab fext d 120 mg at night , take sips of warm water along with hot fluids , avoid sour food and oily spicy food . If u have headache take synflex in od dose

Do you have fever at present? If not just take steam of dispirin and try to remove as much as accumulated mucous from your nose and sinuses as possible your sinuses might be blocked thats why your mucous has not cleared and now it is causing headaches
