Asking For Self, Male 27, Jaranwala, Faisalabad
from last 4 days (after my cold, cough and flu) treatment, when I woke up my throat feel dry and get cough with blood liquid. it doesn't feel pain. but this happening from last 4 days early in morning only

1.Use more water
2.salt water gargles and mouthwash
3.Use kehwa of Ginger
4.keep good oral hygiene
5.Take antihistamine and cough medicine
6.Take Good diet to keep to strong and healthy feel as this illness causes more fatigue
7.If no improvement get it assessment done by ENT doctor

It is most likely due to throat clearing or retching. Keep yourself well hydrated with lukewarm fluids ( ginger green tea , joshanda , honey water ) . Use muconyl syp to liquify your mucus and you would be able to cough up the sputum easily. Do you experience any shortness of breath? Do you have any smoking history?
Are you loosing weight? Do you have night sweats? Did you meet anyone with TB ?
Blood in sputum is not a good sign please do Xray chest and sputum examination for TB lungs regards

it's not good if u are having persistent cough and blood ,fever with cough blood can be any reason like pneumonia, tb heart problem
but at your age if only sore throat like pain in throat with sr
trong can cause bleed from throat again because of virus or repeat trauma to tiny blood vessels in throat with cough and infection
my recommendation is to
do saline gurgles three times aday
Good oral hygiene
Green tea with honey and ginger
steam with vices vaporub
not relieved then go to emergency or ent specialist nearby
for proper diagnosis and management need to be visited by a senior general physician specialist
show it to a good ent surgeon for proper diagnosis
Passing of blood in the sputum is not a good sign. See a good ent

there could be a simple explanation - blood is coming from the throat - pharyngitis but to establish that he needs to see a good medical specialist.
for proper evaluation, either blood is coming from oral cavity, throat or lungs. you should visit medical specialist. so u can properly diagnose and treated
There should be proper physical examination and lab test to confirm the diagnosis.
This blood could be coming from throat. since the mucosa get damaged during the infection.

might be due to spicy food or may be the reason is inflamatory bowel disease or any harah brushing and the treatment of these symptoms usually leads to dryness of throat
