why are you advising an antibiotic without any proper investigation or examination?
the fever may be simply a seasonal viral flu. unjustified antibiotic usage leads to resistance.

Plenty of fluid intake and rest advised. TAB. Panadol 1+1+1 for 3 days, Syrup Cosome 2+2+2 tbsp for 5 days in case of dry cough OR Syrup Acefyl 2+2+2 tbsp for 5 days in case of productive cough. Do warm salt water gargles and take a healthy diet and include vitamin C in your diet more.
