Talk to Gynecologist on 49 Days Delay Periods And Also Duration Of Periods Is Less

normally my periods are late about 1 week but sometimes only 2 to 3 days late .... but sometimes 15 to 20 days delay .... in this month i got periods after 49 days of my last periods and in only 3 days periods are almost end ..... when my periods started in 2014 when i was only 11.5 years old .... it's going on almost 8 to 9 days normally but in 2021 they became abnormal and almost 1 week delay occurs in every month ...... but last year in month of August they are totally missing for 1 month and then Dr prescribed me progesterone tablets then periods came ..... after that they are little bit normal .... then i diagnosed with anemia and my Dr gave ( vit D , ferrous sulphate, calcium, cobalamin) for 2 months after 2 month i didn't go for follow up ..... this time my periods had expected on 2nd june as 2nd may was 1st day of my last periods but they came on 19th june and flow was normal and no unusual pain no unusual cramps but they almost ended on 21th june .... i know some blood atta
