meri wife k 3 C section huwy hn aur last operate 4 years back huwa tha. Us ko lower abdominal pain rehti hai. Ultrasound report mn Abdominal wall Endometrioma plus tiny fibroids with bulky uterus diagnose huwa hai. Doctor ne just pain killers, antibiotics aur iron ki tablets recommend ki hn (due to iron deficiency). Ye kis had tk serious condition hai aur iska proper treatment kia hai ya ye khud hi thek hon gy? Get MRI done and consult gynaecologist and urologist as well.
you would need a MRI pelvis and abdomen with contrast to confirm it and then treatment accordingly...if its endometrioma and causing issues medication helps .
